DJ Dozier
DJ is a former NCAA Football Champion (Penn State, Heisman Trophy Candidate, 1st Team Collegiate All American). He was an NFL 1st round running back (Minnesota Vikings/ Detroit Lions); and MLB outfielder (New York Mets) and is part of a select group of only 27 athletes to ever play in the NFL and MLB. He has 24 years of business development, marketing, and business strategy and serves as SIX’s Principal Consultant. He is an author (link to Decide to Dominate book here), former marketing director of a global sports brand, and has a B.S. in Commercial Recreation, Hospitality, & Tourism from Penn State University.
Michael Weatherly
Michael is a former collegiate athlete playing baseball at Virginia Wesleyan University and is the Founder and Chief Tech Scout at SIX. He has three bachelor’s degrees, an MBA (IT) and a PhD (Business Management). He has 20+ years of sales, marketing and technology experience and is a serial entrepreneur and owner of multiple million-dollar businesses (e.g. C5BDI and Ecco Adesso). Michael believes wholeheartedly in giving back to the community and is an avid philanthropist through organizations like Vet First, Inc.
Kim Beno
Kim is the Chief of Staff here at Sports Innovation X. She has degrees in both Accounting and Business Management. With over 10 years of experience in business, she is excited to help innovative companies bring their technologies to the sports industry.
Haley Goins
Haley is the Director of Marketing here at Sports Innovation X. She majored in both Advertising and Studio Art with a dedicated passion for marketing and all things creative. With 7 years of experience in graphic design and creative direction through agency work, real estate, and hospitality & tourism industries, Haley is excited to dive into the sports & technology world helping SIX reach new connections.
Cait Meyers
Cait Myers is a former collegiate athlete playing softball at Marshall University and Virginia Wesleyan, passionate about the fusion of sports, health, and business. With a strong foundation in Sports Management from Virginia Wesleyan, Cait brings a unique blend of expertise and vision to the team at Sports Innovative X. As a dynamic advocate for health, performance, and collaboration, Cait embodies the ethos of Sports Innovative X, where every achievement becomes a stepping stone to even greater possibilities.
Victoria Dignon
Victoria earned her Bachelor’s in Communications from Old Dominion University in 2016. With a remarkable journey spanning over 6 years, she has honed her expertise in digital marketing, specializing in the dynamic realm of social media management.
